I was roaming around the backyard when I spotted this huge mushroom clinging the tree. We had fairly good snow this weekend but as not as what in the East Coast.
are these edible? i couldn't remember the mushrooms my grandmother and i picked after the rains. she added just a pinch of salt and margarine, wrap them in banana leaf then grilled--yummy!:p
