I am always a bit confused by the European names in USA ;)
ReplyDeleteNow we long for colorful tulips :)
Thanks for the memories. I haven't been back there for so very long.
ReplyDeleteYou have some pretty bridges
ReplyDeletea really quaint bridge; would love to see those tulips in flower en-masse
ReplyDeleteA pity it is missing the cantilever part for passing by boat. The design of this bridge was just for that purpose. For a vast wooden bridge there where other common designs. But still nice to see. Thanks for showing.
ReplyDeleteI think I have gone to Heaven I pink and red bridge that is actually precious. I want one to replace our old and rickety “Bridge to Somewhere.” Your has to be my favorite post of the morning. genie
ReplyDeleteSince there is a dock, I am guessing that there are some low boats that go under this one?
ReplyDeleteand it is painted to match the tulips!
ReplyDeleteno wonder a pink bridge. A tulop garden, how nice.
ReplyDeleteGreat bridge.
